Lindt Master Chocolatier


Agency designed the unique, master chocolatier sampling engagement from top to toe. The sampling is designed to look similar to food experts sampling food from master chefs. In this case, the consumer is the expert! From presentation and unwrapping of the chocolate to the costume and communication, everything was designed to give the consumer a royal experience while they sample the chocolate. We also tapped into the Xmas season with a ‘12th shopper experience’ – instant reward for every twelfth shopper for twelve days.
